Accommodation
KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations for the delegates. Reservations can be made on the on-line accommodation form. The organisers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants who have not registrered in advance. To obtain the stated conference price all reservations must be made through the conference secretariat KongresKompagniet. The hotels will be booked on first-come first-serve basis. Payment directly to hotel upon departure.
Confirmation of registration and accommodation
A receipt and a confirmation of accommodation will be sent once the registration form have been received.
Accommodation changes
Participants changing accommodation must do so through the conference secretariat jaoo@kongreskompagniet.dk and not by contacting the hotels directly.
Cancellation of accommodation
Cancellation policy: cancellation of accommodation can be made without penalties no later than 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation of accommodation made after this date is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the room rate for the first night. No-show is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation for the whole period of stay.
